Strap a bit short
For a man’s watch you would expect the strap to be long enough to easily accommodate larger wrists. My husband was able to wear it in the last strap hole. The price was half that of a department store’s price.

Good Looking Bad Usage
I liked the style and make of it. The knob that adjusts the time and date is to big for the watch. It catches onto everything especially my pocket and it messes up the time… everytime. Could be built better.

Whiskey color isn’t as dark as preview photo
The watch is still beautiful! But not the same vibrant colors as the photos. The rose gold looks more silver in person and the backdrop is more white. I thought I got the wrong item at first but comparing the watch to the other colors it seems like it is the Whiskey color, just not as vibrant. A little disappointed but my husband still loved it so its ok.

Birthday gift for Husband
My husband is a simple man when it comes to clothing, style, accessories. He’s a jeans and graphic t-shirt or polo kind of guy. He doesn’t wear accessories at all, other than the occasional ball cap. He is however an IT guy who loves gadgets. I thought I’d gift him a nice classy looking watch and see if he’d take to it, or if it would sit in a drawer for years, untouched. I’ve been wearing Fossil watches since I was a teen…so well over 15 or so years. They look great, are of decent quality, they last, and the price point is affordable. Well, since gifting this watch to my husband, he has not taken it off. He absolutely loves wearing it, even at night. He enjoys keeping track of the time without his phone, and using the chronographs. He’s even found a way to use it as a compass (you’ll have to look that one up). So I guess this one was a winner! Maybe one day we’ll upgrade to a nice Citizen, but for now this watch will do just fine!

The watch looks good. It is a bit difficult to set the time though finding the detent to turn the dials is a bit difficult but not that bad. The watch band looks good but was slightly challenging to find the right spot to set for the length. Once it’s set, it’s good though. The dial is easy to read and is good looking. Not too heavy or bulky.

Looks beautiful and very sleek. My boyfriend absolutely loved it. It works well, and after a few youtube tutorials we were able to figure out how to properly adjust the strap as well. Strap adjustment is a little complicated, but doable once you get the hang of it. Overall worth the money, and I have 0 regrets about my purchase.

Great looking watch, good bang for the buck.
You get what you pay, so don’t expect a perfect watch. I payed 90 something for it and I love it for what it is. You can easily change the watch strap, though I like the leather one it comes with, even thought it’s not the best quality. Overall nice watch but some things to mention. It’s a big watch, 22mm in diameter. I have a 6 inch wrist and it’s a little big for me but not deal breaker. The second hand doesn’t hit the seconds perfectly. Overall good watch, would buy again. Picture with the fossil steel mesh strap which is about 60 bucks.

After 1 month review; accurate timing
Pros: It seems to have perfect timing after one month of checking. Very thin and light. I think it looks good. The band and back feel good.Cons: I wouldn’t trust it in the water. I shower with it but the buttons don’t screw to seal. I can’t imagine that it would stand up to a surf session. Maybe it would. I wouldn’t trust it.The luminescence is very weak. It’s very difficult to read in the dark.The hour timer defaults back to 9 1/2 hours, not zero. I suppose I could send it back but the timer isn’t important to me. The minute timer has intervals of 5 minutes so it’s difficult to guess the correct amount of minutes timed. Again, I don’t care.I don’t mean to badmouth it. For $95, I’m fine with the deal. If I lost it, I’d probably go back to my diver’s watch, which had fantastic luminescence.

Updated Review – Fixed in Ecuador on Warranty – (previously watch bizarrely lost time).
REVIEW UPDATED TO FOUR STARS FROM ONE STAR – I liaised with Fossil, and to their credit, they put me in touch with a repair centre in a nearby city here in Ecuador. Admittedly, I had to travel there, but Cuenca is a beautiful city anyway, so I tied it in with a bit of business and a much-needed break. Now the watch seems to be working fine and has not missed a beat since I got it back about a month ago (early in 2023). Fossil really need to watch this problem though … because it just shouldn’t happen if they have good quality-control. Meanwhile however, I love the watch .. and now it’s working fine.============================I loved the look and feel of the watch, which it makes it all the more annoying that it is now completely useless. Despite a brand-new battery, it repeatedly stops working (and loses time) when I am actually WEARING the watch. Bizarrely, it keeps time just fine when it is NOT being worn. Searching online it seems I am not the only one experiencing this weird and supper annoying glitch. A glitch which makes the watch useless, because I simply can’t trust it. I’m now in Ecuador, and am wondering if there’s any way the manufacturer wants to help me exchange this dud. But I’m not holding my breath, given there’s not even an option to ask questions on this page anymore. I’m not even sure HOW to contact this manufacturer (it’s not obvious from this page anyway). Very sad. I obviously won’t buy or recommend Fossil unless it’s possible to rectify this situation.

Great watch
This watch looks fantastic. I have small wrists and this is about the biggest watch face I can wear. Looks nice enough to wear with a suit, but also doesn’t look awkward dressed casual. I was a little concerned about reviews stating it doesn’t keep time well. I’ve had the watch for 24 hours at this point and it has been keeping absolutely perfect time so far (and I’m VERY OCD about my watch changing time at the exact time my phone and home clocks do, and so far it is on point). Will update in a few days if anything changes with that.Also, this is a genuine Fossil watch for anyone who is concerned about that. Came in the typical Fossil tin. I even registered it on Fossils website. 100% what I was looking for!

I really love the look of this watch!It has a very classy, bit of a retro look and looks really elegant. Timeless.I chose the dark brown leather band with it, I think it complements the face of the watch very well.The time and numbers are easy to read and it’s a nice touch that the face of the watch is “off white”.Also, loved the deal I got for it – the original price was $160 and amazon asked for around $98. Can’t beat that.All in all, a very attractive and classy watch.

The watch looks immaculate for the price I got it at, that being a mind-boggling 50 dollars. I absolutely recommend the watch for those of which want to buy a watch for a more young family member or friend to keep the quality high without an absurd price. Colors look great but not exact to the pictures. I’ve ordered a leather strap for the watch due to my wrists not feeling as comfortable with the metal band. 4.7/5 recommended as a gift, or purchase for yourself.

The watch looks good. It is a bit difficult to set the time though finding the detent to turn the dials is a bit difficult but not that bad. The watch band looks good but was slightly challenging to find the right spot to set for the length. Once it’s set, it’s good though. The dial is easy to read and is good looking. Not too heavy or bulky.

Sleek, Beautiful, Formal, 10/10
Looks beautiful and very sleek. My boyfriend absolutely loved it. It works well, and after a few youtube tutorials we were able to figure out how to properly adjust the strap as well. Strap adjustment is a little complicated, but doable once you get the hang of it. Overall worth the money, and I have 0 regrets about my purchase.

Great looking watch, good bang for the buck.
You get what you pay, so don’t expect a perfect watch. I payed 90 something for it and I love it for what it is. You can easily change the watch strap, though I like the leather one it comes with, even thought it’s not the best quality. Overall nice watch but some things to mention. It’s a big watch, 22mm in diameter. I have a 6 inch wrist and it’s a little big for me but not deal breaker. The second hand doesn’t hit the seconds perfectly. Overall good watch, would buy again. Picture with the fossil steel mesh strap which is about 60 bucks.

After 1 month review; accurate timing
Pros: It seems to have perfect timing after one month of checking. Very thin and light. I think it looks good. The band and back feel good.Cons: I wouldn’t trust it in the water. I shower with it but the buttons don’t screw to seal. I can’t imagine that it would stand up to a surf session. Maybe it would. I wouldn’t trust it.The luminescence is very weak. It’s very difficult to read in the dark.The hour timer defaults back to 9 1/2 hours, not zero. I suppose I could send it back but the timer isn’t important to me. The minute timer has intervals of 5 minutes so it’s difficult to guess the correct amount of minutes timed. Again, I don’t care.I don’t mean to badmouth it. For $95, I’m fine with the deal. If I lost it, I’d probably go back to my diver’s watch, which had fantastic luminescence.

Nice Watch! Darker band.

Updated Review – Fixed in Ecuador on Warranty – (previously watch bizarrely lost time).
REVIEW UPDATED TO FOUR STARS FROM ONE STAR – I liaised with Fossil, and to their credit, they put me in touch with a repair centre in a nearby city here in Ecuador. Admittedly, I had to travel there, but Cuenca is a beautiful city anyway, so I tied it in with a bit of business and a much-needed break. Now the watch seems to be working fine and has not missed a beat since I got it back about a month ago (early in 2023). Fossil really need to watch this problem though … because it just shouldn’t happen if they have good quality-control. Meanwhile however, I love the watch .. and now it’s working fine.============================I loved the look and feel of the watch, which it makes it all the more annoying that it is now completely useless. Despite a brand-new battery, it repeatedly stops working (and loses time) when I am actually WEARING the watch. Bizarrely, it keeps time just fine when it is NOT being worn. Searching online it seems I am not the only one experiencing this weird and supper annoying glitch. A glitch which makes the watch useless, because I simply can’t trust it. I’m now in Ecuador, and am wondering if there’s any way the manufacturer wants to help me exchange this dud. But I’m not holding my breath, given there’s not even an option to ask questions on this page anymore. I’m not even sure HOW to contact this manufacturer (it’s not obvious from this page anyway). Very sad. I obviously won’t buy or recommend Fossil unless it’s possible to rectify this situation.

Great watch
This watch looks fantastic. I have small wrists and this is about the biggest watch face I can wear. Looks nice enough to wear with a suit, but also doesn’t look awkward dressed casual. I was a little concerned about reviews stating it doesn’t keep time well. I’ve had the watch for 24 hours at this point and it has been keeping absolutely perfect time so far (and I’m VERY OCD about my watch changing time at the exact time my phone and home clocks do, and so far it is on point). Will update in a few days if anything changes with that.Also, this is a genuine Fossil watch for anyone who is concerned about that. Came in the typical Fossil tin. I even registered it on Fossils website. 100% what I was looking for!

Very classy watch!
I really love the look of this watch!It has a very classy, bit of a retro look and looks really elegant. Timeless.I chose the dark brown leather band with it, I think it complements the face of the watch very well.The time and numbers are easy to read and it’s a nice touch that the face of the watch is “off white”.Also, loved the deal I got for it – the original price was $160 and amazon asked for around $98. Can’t beat that.All in all, a very attractive and classy watch.

Overall great watch.
The watch looks immaculate for the price I got it at, that being a mind-boggling 50 dollars. I absolutely recommend the watch for those of which want to buy a watch for a more young family member or friend to keep the quality high without an absurd price. Colors look great but not exact to the pictures. I’ve ordered a leather strap for the watch due to my wrists not feeling as comfortable with the metal band. 4.7/5 recommended as a gift, or purchase for yourself.
